Job Description

• Welcoming patients and managing administrative files.
• Managing the doctor's schedule.
• Performing various treatments at the doctor's request.
• Assisting with office management (orders, stocks, medical equipment). 
• Mastery of Pulse Medica is an asset.
• Assisting the doctor with technical procedures and minor dermatological surgery.
• Assistance with specific treatments (phototherapy, PDT).
• Management of sterile equipment and the operating field, asepsis management, and hygiene protocols. 
• Simple and complex dressings

Qualifications

• Diploma or CFC as a medical assistant or nurse with administrative experience.
• Authorized to practice in the canton.
• Previous experience in a Geneva medical office is an asset.
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is essential.
• Fluency in French, good knowledge of English is an asset, other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, medical software).
• Very good team spirit and good communication skills.
