Event Project Manager - 7-month Fixed-term Contract
YOUR MISSION:
- Work closely with the heads of the different markets of our House to support the commercial activity of these departments, while reporting to the Group event manager;
- Develop integrated action plans at the level of the different markets but also at a regional or semi-regional level;
- Develop, manage and implement, while remaining within the framework of the Group's Marketing strategy, an event calendar;
- Use other levers – communication, advertising, sponsorship – depending on business needs;
- Analyze the needs of the Market Head and support their event-related needs;
- Execute action plans meeting the House's standards of excellence: respect deadlines, quality, and budgets;
- Be proactive in proposing concepts and execution.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3-5 years of experience in event project management and preferably good knowledge of the private banking environment;
- Perfect mastery of the various aspects of planning and executing events for a demanding clientele;
- Native French speaker as well as good command of English (spoken and written); Italian and Spanish are assets;
- Sensitivity to risks related to the private banking industry;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Very good presentation and easy contact;
- Autonomous, communication and persuasion skills;
- Ability to manage stress and priorities while respecting deadlines;
- Residence in Switzerland
