We are looking for a Method, Tools and Quality Expert specialized in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to strengthen a strategic risk, continuity, and IT security management system within a large organization.
The role involves supporting the implementation, evolution, and operationalization of the business continuity framework and information system, including crisis management, BCP/DRP, documentation, exercises, and monitoring of regulatory requirements.
Strengthening the continuity framework (BCM)
Develop, structure, and maintain continuity process documentation (BCP, DRP, crisis management).
Develop standardized operational continuity plan (OCP) templates.
Write the operational continuity plan for an internal department as an example.
Improve the BIA template and contribute to updating dashboards.
Team support
Collect continuity needs from business units.
Support entity managers and continuity officers in drafting plans.
Collaborate with study, business, and IT teams in defining critical scenarios.
Crisis management & exercises
Contribute to the preparation and execution of tabletop exercises (DRP).
Produce certain deliverables related to crisis management.
Documentation & compliance
Write missing procedures for the BCM process.
Support activities related to audits and recertifications (ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent training.
ISO 27001 or ISO 22301 certification (Lead Implementer / Auditor) – required.
Demonstrable knowledge in information security or business continuity (min. 3 years).
Desired experience in implementing or maintaining an ISMS / BCMS (ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or ISO 22301).
Proven knowledge of IT technologies: infrastructures, networks, application platforms.
Strong experience interacting with business units within complex structures.
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, basic VBA).
Excellent writing skills (procedures, compliant and enforceable deliverables).
Ability to organize and lead meetings with various stakeholders.
Autonomy in conducting assignments while respecting a defined framework.
