Management controller at the Directorate of the Training and Research Department
The Directorate of the DFR is looking for a management controller, with an activity rate of 80% to 100%, for a one-year fixed-term contract starting November 1, 2025 (or to be agreed).
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine (FBM) of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in the fields of care, research, and training.
The Training and Research Department (DFR) aims to strengthen the links between CHUV and UNIL, notably by coordinating joint academic projects in life sciences. It brings together units dedicated to teaching, research, and administrative support of the FBM's academic activities within CHUV.
Mission
- You actively participate in the implementation of management control for all entities of the DFSA
- You support the Faculty of Biology and Medicine in organizing and monitoring its finances
- You assist the data manager in processing, structuring, and analyzing data
- You collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes related to financial information management.
Profile
- You hold a HEG diploma in finance, management IT, or an equivalent qualification
- You have excellent mastery of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Access) and a good knowledge of SQL
- You are comfortable with database administration and server monitoring
- You work rigorously, autonomously, and in an organized manner, while having a strong team spirit
- You are recognized for your versatility, dynamism, and ability to communicate effectively
- You have a strong interest in managing academic and financial data.
