What you can achieve with us
- Responsibility for implementing the company strategy in the assigned area
- Compliance with and implementation of annual goals and the agreed annual budget
- Leadership, promotion, and development of employees in professional and personal areas
- Sales of the entire agricultural technology range and accessories in the assigned sales area
- Implementation of the specified market and business management goals and the resulting measures
- Consulting and support of customers as well as active acquisition of new customers
- Responsibility for the equipment of the regional center in cooperation with the head of house services of Robert Aebi AG
What you bring to your task
- Basic training in construction, agricultural, forestry machinery, or commercial vehicle sector
- Technical or commercial additional training
- Business management thinking and acting, good analytical skills
- Several years of leadership experience, proven assertiveness and implementation skills
- Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers
