The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often with various additional disorders and deficiencies. For a maternity leave replacement at our Cugy boarding facility, we are looking from December 1, 2025, or to be agreed upon, for a:
Assistant socio-educational educator or assistant in care and community health between 80% and 90% The Position:
  • Employment contract with a maximum duration until August 31, 2026.
  • Work within an educational team composed of people from different training backgrounds.
  • Accompany beneficiaries daily, weekends according to rotation, individually and collectively, to provide them comfort and quality of life.
  • Provide delegated medico-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of the head nurse.
  • Collaborate with the health service, therapists, workshops, and other institution services.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of beneficiaries' educational projects and therapeutic programs.
  • Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and external activities with beneficiaries.
  • Participate in educational conferences including intersectoral networks.
  • Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and various specialists.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team. The Profile:
  • Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as socio-educational assistant or CFC as assistant in care and community health, eager to enrich beneficiary support through diversity and complementary backgrounds.
  • Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care.
  • Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability.
