Your tasks

• Receiving and processing customer inquiries mainly by phone (hotline)
• Answering customer inquiries by e-mail
• Advising and supporting our customers in the use of their E-Banking solutions
• Independent preparation of contracts and activation of accounts
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

What you bring

• Commercial basic training, preferably banking training and experience in a finance-oriented area
• Very good German skills, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
• High customer orientation
• Initiative, curiosity and digital affinity
• Willingness to take responsibility
