Your tasks
- Operational responsibility of a site in terms of quality, personnel, and organization
- Management, supervision, and development of the team, in collaboration with the team leader
- Maintaining constant contact with clients and technical contacts
- Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and maintaining the value of buildings and premises
- Conducting regular quality checks
- Coordination and optimization of operational processes
- Recruitment of new employees and management of replacements
- Management of orders for materials, machines, and consumables
- Handling administrative tasks related to the site
Your profile
- Proven experience in the cleaning sector, ideally as a team leader, site manager, or object manager
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and building maintenance
- Natural leadership, sense of organization and coordination
- Ease in team management and willingness to actively engage in company life
- Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working method
- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Very good level of French, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills, service orientation, team spirit, and customer focus
