• You support project management, especially in project controlling and meeting minute-taking.
• Your tasks include the scientific preparation of results.
• You also coordinate with partners from research and industry.
• Another part of your work is developing new project ideas.
• You also contribute to acquiring contracts with practice partners and funding institutions.
• Your task profile is rounded off by supporting activities in teaching (training, BSc BA).

• You have a completed university degree (university of applied sciences or university) in economics or engineering; a master's degree is required for scientific staff.
• You convince with a cooperative and team-oriented personality as well as the ability to work interdisciplinarily.
• You have experience in applying qualitative and quantitative methods.
• A strong interest in project management in a scientific and application-oriented environment is expected; initial experience in project management is an advantage.
• You are characterized by a structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as pronounced communication skills complete your profile.
• You also bring interest in circular economy, sustainability, and innovation ecosystems.
• Experience in an industrial environment or knowledge of composite materials, carbon fiber, or recycling processes is an advantage.
