About the job
Your Tasks
You don’t just want to talk about sustainability innovation, but actively contribute to it? In this role, you actively shape the transformation towards a circular and resource-efficient industry.
You work on an Innosuisse research project on the recycling of carbon fiber waste in the aviation industry, gain insights into applied research and project management, and develop skills at the interface of innovation and sustainability with high relevance for the job market. In this role, you also actively participate in the content-related and conceptual development of research and consulting projects.
- You support project management, especially in project controlling and meeting minute-taking.
- Your tasks include the scientific preparation of results.
- You also coordinate with partners from research and industry.
- Another part of your work is developing new project ideas.
- You also contribute to acquiring contracts with practice partners and funding institutions.
- Your task profile is rounded off by supporting activities in teaching (training, BSc BA).
Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree (university of applied sciences or university) in economics or engineering; a master's degree is required for scientific staff.
- You convince with a cooperative and team-oriented personality as well as the ability to work interdisciplinarily.
- You have experience in applying qualitative and quantitative methods.
- A strong interest in project management in a scientific and application-oriented environment is expected; initial experience in project management is an advantage.
- You are characterized by a structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as pronounced communication skills complete your profile.
- You also bring interest in circular economy, sustainability, and innovation ecosystems.
- Experience in an industrial environment or knowledge of composite materials, carbon fiber, or recycling processes is an advantage.
