The ICT department plays a central role in the support of highly available and modern ICT solutions, which are developed and operated together with our partners. YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for an efficient and customer-oriented IT service desk as well as its continuous improvement
- Co-responsibility for an efficient and customer-oriented operation of the workplace system environment as well as its continuous improvement
- Ensuring the service desk operation together with the team (Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00)
- Receiving and processing IT incidents and requests via the ticket system
- Qualified analysis, delimitation, and resolution of faults or forwarding to 2nd or 3rd level support
- Recording, classification, and documentation of all relevant information in the ticket system
- Creation of user-friendly fault and maintenance information
- Working according to defined processes such as request, incident, problem, change, and release management
- Installation and support of ICT workplaces, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Participation in ICT material management
- Maintenance and updating of operating instructions, technical documentation, and administrative tasks of the service desk
- Conducting user training as well as participation in projects and rollouts
- Taking on on-call duties outside the regular service hours of the ICT service desk
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education with initial professional experience in the service desk and customer contact area
- Experience in first-level support, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge in project management and method competence according to ITIL standards is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft products (Office/M365), IP telephony as well as administration tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and software distribution
- Networked thinking, organizational skills, and quick comprehension
- Flexible, communicative personality with a high sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Team player, independent working style, and strong customer/service orientation
- Confident oral and written German skills as well as good technical English skills
- Willingness to operate in a complex and dynamic environment
