About the job
The Nelty de Beausobre EMS, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 single rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the train station and the pedestrian zone of the city center, the EMS is ideally located and allows you to enjoy nearby shops and cafes or to go to the shores of Lake Geneva.
We are looking for the Nelty de Beausobre EMS a:
Health Assistant (M/F) at 70%
To strengthen our Geriatrics service, starting May 1, 2026.

YOU HAVE
- A recognized health assistant or nursing aide diploma by the Swiss Red Cross.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset.
- Successful experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychiatry, an asset.
- Knowledge of the health system and EMS in Switzerland, an asset.
- Ability to work day and night, in continuous and split shifts.
- Gentleness, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills with elderly people.
- Team spirit and solidarity allowing the maintenance of good interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Dynamism, commitment, and good adaptability.
