Psychotherapist with Leadership Role (a) 80–100%
Your responsibilities
Together with the nursing management, you will take on the dual leadership of an interprofessional team consisting of nursing, medicine, psychology, peer support, and social work. You are jointly responsible for ensuring high treatment quality according to current standards and the organizational matters of the ward. Supervision and further training of the therapeutic staff are also part of your duties.
Your profile
You embody a flexible, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. You hold a Swiss federal specialist title in psychotherapy. Working in an inpatient setting is familiar to you. As a networked thinker, you have a high degree of independence combined with strong team spirit, good reflective ability, and organizational talent. Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience.
