Your tasks

• Management and control of key projects in the services area
• Ensuring know-how transfer to the markets
• Coordination of activities between headquarters, subsidiaries, and external partners across all project phases (planning, implementation, acceptance, and follow-up)
• Participation in the development and implementation of a service strategy to further develop an innovative, digital service business of Blaser Swisslube AG
• Conducting training sessions as well as providing technical support to customers, subsidiaries, and distributors
• Documentation of processes as well as creation and maintenance of the associated work instructions
• Preparation of evaluations, reports, and analyses on the status and progress of service projects
• Collaboration with service partners
• Product management tasks for the services available in the market
• Requirements management towards partners providing service elements

Your profile

• Technical basic training (e.g., mechanic, mechatronics technician, or automation technician)
• Further education at HF or FH level
• Experience in project management, ideally in the introduction of hardware and software solutions at the shop-floor level
• Strong hands-on mentality, high implementation strength, and independent working style
• Familiar with agile working methods and leading interdisciplinary project teams
• High affinity for digitalization and digital service and process solutions
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel about 20–30%
