To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented, reliable, and team-capable personality as
- You independently and responsibly handle the complete processing of all administrative personnel processes – from entry through changes to exit (excluding payroll)
- You are the central interface to payroll accounting, coordinate the collaboration efficiently, and ensure that all relevant information is transmitted correctly and on time
- You prepare orders, agreements, and work certificates and handle insurance-related topics such as accident reports, maternity, EO, and other absences
- The electronic personnel file management is in good hands with you – you keep an overview, ensure a seamless document return, and ensure clean filing
- You actively contribute to projects and support the further development of our processes
- A completed commercial education (or equivalent) – supplemented by further training as an HR assistant
- You have knowledge in personnel administration and are familiar with the common processes
- You are characterized by your pronounced service mentality, your efficient, independent, and precise way of working, as well as your flexibility
- You bring digital affinity and are open to actively using new technologies and tools for process optimization
- You think along – sometimes out-of-the-box – and have a high quality standard for your own work
