Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Independent personnel administration from contract creation to employee exit, including the preparation of work certificates
- Responsibility for time management as well as key user in the time management system
- Support in the payroll area (e.g., work permits, employer certificates, processing of daily allowance statements and reimbursements, four-eyes checks)
- Administrative handling and contact with insurance companies (e.g., child allowances, long-term absences, accident reports) Trainer of KV apprentices. Central contact point for employees, managers, and external parties
- Organization of events (e.g., Welcome Day, anniversary events) Participation in HR projects and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed training and further education in human resources (e.g., personnel assistant or professional certificate), additional training in payroll is an advantage
- Proven professional experience and understanding in HR administration and payroll interfaces
- High quality standards, process-oriented and networked thinking as well as organizational talent
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Open-minded, trustworthy, and team-oriented personality
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP, and online tools as well as very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
