Team Leader Nursing Psychiatry Spitex (60%)
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a Spitex nursing team (approx. 10 employees)
- Ensuring optimal utilization within duty and deployment planning
- Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
- Responsible for correct service recording
- Enforcement of the instructions and concepts of the Spitex operations and the Department of Aging and Care
- Situational assignments with people with psychiatric problems
- Participation in working groups or projects
Your Profile
- Advanced technical school or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient)
- Proven Spitex and leadership experience
- Ability to reflect, organizational skills, and willingness to change
- Digital fitness and enjoyment of electronic administration (Perigon/interRAI HomeCare Switzerland)
