Group Leader Infrastructure and Road Development (M/F/X) 80-100% for our team based in Lausanne,
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Lead infrastructure and road development projects, often multidisciplinary
- Ensure planning and management of tasks and resources while guaranteeing compliance with client objectives, quality standards, deadlines, and budgets
- Supervise and provide technical support to the team in charge of infrastructure projects, with the support of experienced engineers
- Serve as the interface with other WSP units to coordinate interfaces with infrastructure and road development projects
- Act as a key player in business development, whether through strategy development, client contacts, or preparation of service offers
- Coordinate and manage the team responsible for road infrastructure projects: responsible for planning, organization, and development of team members
YOUR TEAM:
- A team of 15 people composed of project managers, engineers, and draftsmen in the field of road development
COULD IT BE YOU?
- Civil engineering degree (EPF, HES, or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of confirmed professional experience in the road sector (including at least 5 years in road project management in Switzerland and team management)
- Knowledge of current standards and regulations in Switzerland
- Fluent in French. German and English are assets
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and unite teams around common goals
