Your main tasks:

• You are the central contact person for our customers in the hospitality sector and ensure professional support.
• You lead, supervise, and develop a team of employees in cleaning and housekeeping.
• You plan deployments and vacations, check and record working hours.
• You consistently implement the company guidelines in the areas of quality assurance, occupational safety, and health protection.
• You organize and optimize the service processes in your properties.

Your profile:

• Professional experience in a comparable position in hospitality as well as pronounced customer orientation.
• You are a resilient, responsible, and balanced personality with leadership experience.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage.
• Confident handling of MS Office.
• Independent and structured working style with pronounced planning and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability from Monday to Friday characterize you.
• Driver's license available.
