Job Description
To strengthen our Marketing & Communication department, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and versatile personality to support our small team with expertise, organizational talent, and joy in collaboration.
Your Tasks
- Participation in the planning, conception, and implementation of marketing and communication measures
- Maintenance and further development of websites as well as creation of news, content, and updates
- Planning and implementation of social media, newsletters, and other digital communication formats
- Organization and execution of events, specialist lectures, public lectures, trade fairs, and internal events
- Coordination of projects in collaboration with management, doctors, departments, and external partners
- Participation in media work, cooperations, and cross-location topics
- Creation, updating, and ordering of printed materials and communication tools
- Support with administrative tasks, budget issues, and organizational processes in the Marketing & Communication area
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes, guidelines, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Completed training and/or several years of practical experience in marketing, communication, or project management
- Experience in healthcare or a clinical organization is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Very good organizational skills and enjoyment of a varied daily work routine
- Networked thinking and understanding of complex organizational structures
- Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with doctors, executives, employees, and external partners
- Resilience and flexibility with changing priorities
- Willingness to think conceptually as well as work operationally
- Good knowledge of digital tools (website, newsletter, social media, MS Office, etc.)
- Experience in project coordination, event organization, or marketing/communication is an advantage
- Open, positive, and team-oriented personality
- Pragmatism and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and diplomatic demeanor
- Enjoyment of working with various professional groups
- Interest in further development and shaping of processes
