QA Shopfloor Specialist (m/f) 100%
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Ensuring GMP standards and internal quality systems in sterile manufacturing
- Responsibility for aseptic behavior in the cleanroom including training, monitoring, and documentation
- Contact person for quality-relevant topics on the shopfloor and ensuring GMP compliance
- Participation in deviation investigations including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and CAPA
- Definition, approval, and follow-up of CAPA measures
- Support in the prevention of deviations and continuous quality improvement
- Random checks of manufacturing protocols for GMP-compliant documentation
- Collaboration with Qualified Persons (QPs) to support drug release
- Support during internal and external inspections (including authorities)
- Work in a two-shift operation while complying with all relevant regulations
Your profile
- Completed scientific or technical training, university degree advantageous
- Experience in the sterile area of pharmaceutical production
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance desirable
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and relevant regulations of quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
- High technical understanding combined with a proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as very reliable and precise work
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
