Your future field of activity

Training in check-in and check-out as well as the warm care of our international and national guests within the framework of LQA standards
Room allocation, departure control, cash management, invoicing, and other exciting tasks
General tasks in the area of guest relations and answering incoming phone calls
Acceptance and professional processing of guest inquiries
Acceptance of table reservations for our PURO Restaurant and our MP's Bistro & Bar
Working with our reservation system Opera Cloud
Close cooperation with the reservations department
Compliance with hygiene, fire protection, and safety regulations

Your profile

You are currently attending a recognized Swiss hotel management school or are looking for a university internship
Sense of team spirit is a matter of course for you
You like to take responsibility and are resilient, even when it gets hectic
You have great flexibility and commitment
You have good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
You have the desire and pioneering spirit to be part of a unique project
