You are a student at a hotel management school, love contact with guests, and want to experience a versatile area up close? In the F&B area, you will gain an exciting insight behind the scenes of our renowned social house.
These are your tasks
- Assisting in ensuring smooth operations in the daily business of the restaurant
- Welcoming and seating guests, food and beverage service, as well as active sales
- Supporting inventory management
- Conducting and processing inventories
- Co-responsible for creating food & beverage menus
- Compliance with and optimization of service quality, cost management, hygiene regulations, and internal standards
- Co-responsibility for implementing high service quality, effective cost management, and hygiene regulations
- Reviewing and optimizing internal processes and standards; participating in various F&B projects

- Student at a hotel management school looking for an internship
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality
- Resilient and flexible, you always keep a cool head and are ready to work in various service areas
- You are a team player and inspire others with your competence and passion
- High customer orientation and quality standards
- Very good German skills - additional languages are an advantage
