Ensure electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you are responsible for the technical design for the implementation of substation projects. This includes the creation of preliminary projects, support of approval procedures, implementation of technical standards, as well as quality assurance in all project phases of the substation projects in the portfolio. Your tasks include:
- Specification of procurement needs for the projects
- Ensuring quality by evaluating offers and managing the preliminary and construction project reports for primary technology at substations created by service providers
- Contact person for project management on all technical issues during the approval process as well as ensuring technically flawless project execution for the entire project portfolio in all project phases
- Coordination and negotiation of technical aspects with involved project stakeholders and review of the work of external planners and service providers regarding compliance with our requirements
- Maintaining effective and trusting collaboration even beyond the boundaries of your own organizational unit
This is how you make a difference
For this role, we are looking for a decisive personality with proven change management skills. You have a structured way of working, and your clear and effective communication skills enable you to empower and support your project partners. Furthermore, you bring the following:
- Completed engineering degree (at least FH) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering, ideally with additional training in business administration
- Several years of experience in planning, project design, or maintenance within the energy sector
- You master the methodology for implementing complex and multi-layered infrastructure projects along the SIA phases
- You are familiar with procurement management according to BÖB/VÖB and have knowledge of approval procedures at the federal level
- Very good German and English skills. Italian and/or French skills are an advantage
