The nursing services at Haus und Hof Hermolingen and the provision of psychiatric services in the extended environment complete our Spitex operation and make it something special.

Team Leader 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team
- Taking over nursing assignments, including case management
- Co-responsibility for ensuring professional, needs-based care and support
- Planning and coordinating client assignments
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance / customer satisfaction and their continuous development
- Controlling cost-effectiveness within the framework of personnel and financial guidelines
- Collaboration with external agencies, partners
You bring with you
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH, with several years of professional experience in nursing, Spitex experience would be a plus
- Additional completed nursing specialization desired
- Leadership strength, completed leadership training or willingness to do so
- High resilience
- You see challenges in healthcare as an opportunity and support the implementation of innovative solutions
- Enjoy conceptual and project work
- Forward-looking, precise and structured way of working
