Our housekeeping team takes care of the well-being of the nuns daily. The employees ensure the catering service, take care of the sisters' laundry, and are responsible for cleaning all rooms in Sant Agnese.

Sant Agnese is a small house above Muralto/Locarno with 10 sisters and belongs to an international community of nuns. In the Swiss province, 370 nuns live. Around 300 employees of different ages, nationalities, and religious beliefs work at several locations and in various departments.

To strengthen our 3-person housekeeping team at Sant Agnese in Muralto-Locarno, we are looking for an employee in housekeeping / kitchen / service (50 - 70%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:

• Cooking for our small community of sisters
• Assignments in the dining room
• Carrying out all cleaning tasks in the kitchen
• Handling all tasks in the dishwashing kitchen
• Adhering to and implementing hygiene guidelines and safety regulations
• Maintenance cleaning of public areas
• Assisting with general housekeeping tasks

Expectations:

• Several years of experience in a kitchen
• Joy and understanding in dealing with the nuns, as you work in their home
• Openness, teamwork, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Good knowledge of Italian
• Physical stability
• Clean and precise working method
• Flexibility and willingness to work split shifts and on weekends
