Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Poland

Location: home-office based in Poland, covering a defined sales region

Your Responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of new OEM and MRO customers in the assigned region
- Proactively identify and acquire new OEM and MRO customers within your sales region
- Drive business development and promote our solutions in the field of drive technology
- Conduct technical product trainings and engaging presentations for customers
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and internal/external sales events
- Plan and manage customer visits and sales tours independently
- Act as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination
Your Profile:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Additional technical qualifications are a plus
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the drive or power transmission industry (experience in the chain market is a strong asset)
- Energetic, self-motivated personality with a passion for sales and customer acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident, professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages (German is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
