Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the room service team (approx. 25 employees)
- Ensuring a high-quality patient service (food and beverage service, additional services)
- Planning, organizing, and optimizing operational processes
- Responsibility for duty scheduling, training, and further development of employees
- Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, patient admission, and other interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Leading subprojects and actively contributing to the further development of processes, services, and service concepts
- Monitoring key figures, budget, and cost awareness within the area of responsibility
Your Profile
- Graduation from a hotel management school (HF/FH) or comparable training in the fields of hospitality, gastronomy, housekeeping, or facility services
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in hospital or healthcare
- Strong service, quality, and patient orientation
- High social competence, leadership strength, and decisiveness
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and flexibility in an operational environment
- Good IT user skills (e.g., PEP, Sanalogic advantageous)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Additional languages are an advantage
