For the finance department, we are looking for a
Team Leader Logistics 80 – 100%
As part of an early succession planning due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual for the position of Team Leader Logistics. In this versatile and responsible role, you ensure efficient and secure logistics and guarantee material availability for operations as well as for the maintenance of the energy distribution networks. At the same time, you actively contribute to structuring and continuously improving the logistics organization.
This is your job
- Organization and monitoring of goods receipt, storage, and goods issue
- Warehouse management and conducting inventories
- Collaboration with other departments (operations, purchasing, planning) to ensure an efficient and coordinated logistics flow
- Analysis and optimization of logistics processes and warehouse organization
- Structuring and improving logistics processes
- Compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Leadership and professional support of logistics staff
- Participation in the development and improvement of logistics tools (ERP, digitization)
This is what you bring
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
- Solid experience in operational logistics
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Experience with ERP systems as well as warehouse management
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Leadership skills and motivation to lead the small logistics team; experience in supervising apprentices is an advantage
- Main language German or French with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2)
