The Homes Uster are a public-law institution for long-term care with a wide range of services that are entirely oriented to the needs of the residents. Around 300 employees are dedicated and empathetic for the 220 residents at the two locations Im Grund and Dietenrain.
We are very proud that we can offer around 60 apprentices and students in the areas of care and support, hospitality, and housekeeping a first-class education. Your main tasks
During your training, you will have the wonderful opportunity to take on diverse tasks. This way, you can get to know the different facets of the nursing profession. Your patience and professionalism are especially used in supporting elderly and sick people in everyday activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating. You care for and support sick and elderly people, help them with daily activities, and are there for them. You will become part of a committed team that supports and promotes you on your path.
We also offer you the great opportunity to complete an internship with us in the house. You can gain experience in various areas: for example, in the restaurant, kitchen, laundry, or cleaning.
