• Support and consulting of existing customers and professional partners
• Acquisition of new customers and construction projects
• Sustainable development of the sales area
• Independent area management and appointment planning
• Building an industry-related network
• Maintenance of customer data and documentation of activities in the CRM system
• Support in the introduction of new products
• Representation at trade fairs and customer events

• Technical vocational training (specializing in building construction) preferably with commercial further education
• Very good German skills
• Solid MS Office knowledge
• Driver's license category B
• Sales flair and good negotiation skills
• Ambition and self-discipline
• High self-motivation
• Outgoing, customer-oriented, and convincing demeanor
• Residence within the Southeast Switzerland service area or in close proximity to the service area (max. 15 minutes driving distance)
