The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

IT Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
With this, you will support us:
- You manage our IT applications and drive the further development of digitalization
- You participate in IT projects and provide professional support
- You actively implement our IT strategy and concepts
- You act as the interface between users, applications, and external partners
- You support users with helpdesk, instructions, and training
- You ensure documentation, IT security, and efficient processes
- You work in working groups and represent the IT team professionally internally and externally
This is how you can convince us:
- You bring several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in healthcare
- You have good knowledge in several of these areas: business process and project management, ERP systems, hospital information systems / nursing documentation systems, personnel scheduling, workflow and interface systems, databases
- You are familiar with the various business processes of operational service delivery and support functions
- You think in networks, work independently and solution-oriented
- You are a team player with high commitment and organizational talent
- You speak German fluently and with style; additional languages are an advantage
