The workplace is located at the UAPE of Villars-le-Terroir, a facility with a capacity of 60 places.
The working days are distributed as follows:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding school holiday periods).
Your missions:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Promote a quality and exchange relationship with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
Your profile:
- You have the ability to develop reflective action on quality issues and to carry out relevant actions, deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity.
- Endowed with a good team spirit and mutual aid, your communication skills and initiative-taking, your dynamism, your interpersonal ease, and your versatility make you a real asset to the team.
- Experience in UAPE would be a real asset for this position.
- You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
