TasksIn this role, you are an important member of our flexible and committed team in our Würth Shop in Sion. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible person with a strong sense of service:
- Advise and convince our customers through competent consultations to meet their needs and generate sales
- Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and taking responsibility for goods and stock management
- Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Würth Shop
- Implement sales promotion actions by pursuing the goals of increasing turnover and shop success
- Participate in our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by taking part in customer events and supporting inventories; you will also participate in meetings to contribute to the development of the Shop
Requirements
- Completed training as a Retail Manager CFC – Hardware, or similar
- Your strong sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
- A neat appearance and friendly behavior are part of your professionalism in customer contact
- Your sales sense and numerical skills enable you to identify customer needs and offer them suitable solutions
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage and allows efficient management of business processes
