The Work Integration Winterthur (AIW) belongs to the Social Services department. With around 85 employees, it annually supports more than a thousand participants on their path to professional integration. Would you like to support us as a communication professional on a fixed-term basis for one year starting May 1, 2026, as a maternity cover? Welcome to our team!

Your Tasks

Planning, implementation, and evaluation of suitable, target group-oriented, and effective communication measures

Maintenance of communication channels and tools (website, newsletter, flyers, etc.)

Writing, editing, designing, and publishing texts, concepts, presentations, etc.

Planning and organizing events, occasions, and appearances

Your Profile

Federal diploma in communication, public relations, or equivalent

Extensive work experience in the field of communication in the social sector, administration, or an NGO

Very good MS Office skills, basic knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign/Web design

Proactive, service- and solution-oriented working style
