Your new job

• Project planning & execution: Definition of goals, milestones, and resource planning (time, budget, personnel)
• Control, monitoring, and quality assurance: Ongoing monitoring of project progress, budget controlling, and risk management
• Communication: Communication with customers, stakeholders, and the team; leading meetings and creating status reports
• Team leadership: Technical management of the project team and coordination of various departments

What we benefit from

• Successfully completed studies in computer science / business informatics, higher technical school HF, or a completed IT vocational training with comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in leading and implementing projects with Microsoft 365 applications and services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Familiar with cloud architectures, experience in using public cloud services, Microsoft Azure is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of technical infrastructure and legal aspects of IT projects
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to address cross-cutting topics from a cross-sectional function and achieve impact in the overall organization
• Negotiation skills, independent and structured working style, resilience, ready for special efforts
• Assertiveness in consensus-oriented environments, mediation skills, target-group appropriate communication at all levels
