Our Unit Manager is looking for an Operating Manager for her well-coordinated team immediately or by arrangement, who completes the management team and actively embodies the leadership role.
Your tasks:
You are the first point of contact for employees in the gastronomy sector.
You actively participate at the front as a host and serve our customers.
Implementing and ensuring quality standards and legal regulations is no problem for you.
You support our Unit Manager in various areas: optimizing operational processes, personnel planning, conducting internal training, etc.
Your profile:
You are always reliable!
You have completed training in gastronomy.
You have several years of experience in gastronomy and have already gained solid leadership experience.
You are a communicative, motivated, and dynamic personality.
You have a clean and organized way of working and always keep an overview.
You speak fluent German (any additional language is an advantage)
You are mobile and ideally own a car.
