To strengthen our team composed of medical department managers and several FMH doctors, we are looking for our future senior physician.
Job Description
• You are responsible for managing all activities of the Woman-Mother-Child department • You promote and implement best clinical practices in gynecology and obstetrics
• You motivate and unite the medical and paramedical gynecology and pediatrics team to ensure optimal and safe patient care
• You work closely with other regional institutions and develop certain regional partnerships
• You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and maintain and document patient records
• You organize and coordinate the department as well as the training of our doctors in training
• You provide specialized consultations in gynecology-obstetrics and ensure complete follow-up of patients, from the first consultation to the end of treatment or postpartum care.
Qualifications
- You are a specialist physician in gynecology and obstetrics, recognized for your clinical expertise and your ability to unite a team around a common vision of excellence and humanity in care. As an inspiring leader, you aspire to evolve in a dynamic environment where your commitment and know-how will have a direct impact on the quality of patient care.
- You hold a medical degree recognized in Switzerland (MEBEKO) as well as the specialist title in gynecology (FMH or equivalent).
- Your ability to lead and effectively coordinate a multidisciplinary team makes you an inspiring leader as a chief physician.
- You master best practices in gynecology and obstetrics and are committed to a continuous improvement approach.
- Respect, listening, and collaboration are at the heart of your approach, both with patients and colleagues.
- You speak French fluently (minimum C1 level)
