• Competent and warm guest service
• Receiving and coordinating reservations in the areas of hotel, restaurant, and wellness
• Regional information and concierge activities
• Professional handling of complaints
• Managing and controlling own cash register and daily closing
• Working with the hotel software Protel
• Cross-departmental collaboration
• General administrative tasks

• Completed commercial vocational training in the hotel industry
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Experience in upscale hotels is a prerequisite
• Confident handling of the hotel software Protel is required
• Driver's license must be available, as shuttle drives with the hotel’s own bus must be taken over in case of absence (also in snow)
• A friendly, likeable, and confident appearance
• An engaged, independent, and conscientious working style
• High level of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
• High willingness to perform, flexibility, and resilience
