To strengthen our team in the Non Food area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Floor Manager (m/f/d), 100%, at the Affoltern am Albis location starting 01.07.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the implementation of operational activities in the sales area within your own area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for the active implementation and expansion of omnichannel activities on the sales floor (instore ordering) and active acquisition of new customers (loyalty program).
- You support the monitoring of achieved sales/margin performance and the derived/initiated measures.
- You ensure a customer-oriented organization.
- You are responsible for ensuring product availability and inventory management.
- You support the implementation and compliance with legal responsibilities, regulations, and internal guidelines.
Your profile
- You have completed basic training in retail and have professional experience.
- You have experience in retail, preferably in perfumery, jewelry, or fashion.
- You have already gained leadership experience.
- You enjoy creating new things and find a suitable solution for every problem.
- You are an open and communicative personality.
- You are innovative and strive for new challenges.
- You enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations.
