Your Challenge
- Support and handling of (partial) projects in operational facility management
- Support of the mandate manager in operational business
- Obtaining, negotiating, and processing supplier offers
- Preparation of offers and customer invoices
- Tasks in the area of administration such as processing and coordination of tickets, receiving telephone and written inquiries, etc.
- Creation of maintenance plans or object documentation
- Preparation and creation of customer reporting
- Management of data management
- Operation of the CAFM system
- Start: April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, further education in the field of facility management is an advantage
- Confident German skills in spoken and written form, English and French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office user skills, CAFM systems & SAP ByD are an advantage
- Service- and team-oriented as well as quality-conscious, flexible and reliable personality
