- Handling complex claims covering all branches of civil liability (automobile, professional and private) with a focus on bodily injury
- Clarification of legal questions of all kinds
- Conducting negotiations with injured parties, their lawyers, as well as private and social insurers
- Instruction and monitoring of external lawyers in active and passive litigation
- Collaboration in projects as well as setting up internal training courses
- Legal support for our decentralized services in French
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- University law degree (Master of Law / lic.jur.), preferably with a lawyer's license or career in insurance with experience in handling complex claims
- Practical experience in a law firm, court, or private sector
- Experience in the field of civil liability law and social insurance
- Interest in handling complex bodily injury cases
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Excellent written and spoken command of French
- Preferably, good knowledge of German
