Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):

Tasks:
- conducts tax investigations independently (in particular accounting - tax inspections)
- resolves tax files assigned to them independently and confidentially
- proceeds with necessary verifications
- makes related decisions ensuring the correct application of legislative provisions, directives from the Directorate and the managing official
- manages interactions with users independently in case of conflict situations with behavior appropriate to safeguard the image of the State based on seriousness and correctness
- ensures contacts with other administrative and judicial offices and guarantees external consultancy
- actively participates and takes responsibility in internal working groups and undertakes special mandates to increase service efficiency
- maintains and develops their training ensuring availability to attend courses or seminars both internal and external to stay updated on the evolution of tax matters
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree or federal diploma as tax expert or accounting expert or professional certificate as finance and accounting specialist or executive Master in Tax Law from SUPSI or CSI IIA and CSI IIB or equivalent title
- proven professional experience in the tax field
- excellent knowledge of Italian and knowledge (conversation and writing) of a second official language
- ability to use MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- good writing and summarizing skills
- ability to work independently, decision-making skills and responsibility, initiative, organizational skills and flexibility
- ease in interpersonal relationships, good negotiation and communication skills
- good conflict management skills
- availability to attend training courses and working groups of one or more days in French and German
