Unisto designs, produces, and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known brand products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based at Lake Constance, employing about 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a proactive personality as a AVOR Employee 100%.

After six months of intensive training in production to internalize the processes:

• Efficient coordination of our injection molding machines considering deadlines, material availability, and personnel capacities
• You ensure that work plans and parts lists in the ERP system are absolutely precise – because you know: a small mistake here means thousands of rejects.
• Introduction of the digital MES system
• Interface function between sales and production. You speak the language of production and can clearly tell sales what is feasible.
• Optimization of resources so that material is available just in time at the machine without overburdening the warehouse.

• A completed technical basic education (mechanics, plastics technology, or toolmaking).
• Strong anticipation skills and early identification of bottlenecks for proactive process control
• Experience with modern ERP systems (Comarch is an advantage) as well as a high IT affinity for implementing MES/BDE systems.
• A pronounced "digital mindset" and the desire to eliminate the "Zettelwirtschaft".
• Resilience in stressful situations, strong conflict management skills, and a high degree of assertiveness
