Your Tasks

• Anesthesiological care of patients (m/f/d) in the operative area as well as in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, independently and at the highest professional level.
• Responsible co-design and organization of daily work processes within the department, taking into account medical and organizational requirements.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the hospital's specialist departments, collegial, solution-oriented and in the interest of optimal patient care.
• Implementation and further development of internal standards, guidelines and quality assurance measures
• Participation in on-call and standby duty
• Performance of all common anesthesia procedures (general, regional and local anesthesia) considering modern medical standards.
• Perioperative patient care, including premedication visits, risk assessment and postoperative pain therapy.
• Participation in the organization and implementation of acute pain therapy as well as in concepts of patient-centered pain medicine.
• Supervision and guidance of medical colleagues in training as well as non-medical assistant staff.
• Participation in internal training, professional exchange and continuous development of the anesthesiology team.
• Participation in medical documentation and quality assurance, including the use of digital systems and compliance with legal requirements.

Your Profile

• German recognition as a specialist physician (m/f/d) for anesthesia
• Additional qualification "Intensive Care Medicine" desirable
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute own ideas to the further development of the clinic
• Friendly and open manner with our patients (m/f/d) as well as their relatives and a high degree of empathy
• Willingness to work motivated and collegially in a team
• Commitment and initiative in organizing daily routines
