Your role at a glance
- You ensure that everything is billed correctly, transparently, and on time – according to agreed and tariff regulations
- Maintenance of patient master data – data refresh for easier work
- Control, supplementation, and clarification of missing services
- Create invoices and process feedback quickly
- Contact person for billing questions – internally and externally
- Communication with service providers and patients
- Use of SAP/IS-H and Ibicare
- Billing for nursing homes (RAI/RUG) as well as acute and transitional care
Your profile
- Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training or equivalent
- Experience with TARMED – we work on TARDOC
- Experience in outpatient hospital billing, nursing home processing is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is welcome
- Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and service orientation
