• Lead electrical installation teams and diverse projects
• Coordinate work with construction management, suppliers, and craftsmen from other trades
• Perform new installations, maintenance work, and repairs
• Pass on expertise to employees and apprentices in a targeted manner 

• Professional training as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or an equivalent qualification recognized by ESTI.
• Professional experience
• Interest in new technologies
• Driver's license category B
