About the job
As part of the expansion of our personnel placement activities, we are currently looking for a permanent position at our Lausanne headquarters
an HR Assistant
between 60% and 100%
for immediate start or to be agreed

Your main tasks
- Management of the temporary staff life cycle
- Administrative interviews and follow-up of the application file processing
- Processing of sickness, accident, maternity and APG claims
- Processing and follow-up of family allowance requests
- Payroll processing using the Abacus program
- Permit applications for foreign workers
- Issuance of interim earnings certificates and other forms for unemployment
- Being a resource person for any questions from our temporary collaborators
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC
- Certificate as a human resources manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions
- Sense of organization and teamwork
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
- Rigor, autonomy, reliability, adaptability
- Attention to detail and self-control
- Diplomacy and discretion
- Knowledge of the childcare sector and/or personnel placement is an asset
