Your tasks
- You will go through an 18-month individual development program with the goal of getting to know several areas of the Avesco Group with a focus on IT, Procurement, Digital, and Finance.
- You will gain a solid understanding of our company through active participation in operational areas as well as conceptual activities.
- You will take responsibility for your own projects as well as tasks related to Caterpillar's Excellence Programs. The use of IT and digital solutions usually plays a decisive role. You are willing to work for 6 months in another language region (Switzerland or abroad).
Your profile
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a technical field.
- You have a flair for IT and are interested in implementing digital solutions that enable our core business and an excellent service offering for our customers.
- Your working style is structured, solution-oriented, and independent.
- You are open to new things, flexible, and ready to demonstrate your commitment.
- You convince with your enthusiasm, your demeanor, and your organizational talent.
- You have good language skills in German and English; French is an advantage.
