Tasks
- Ensuring the operation of clinical hygiene
- Support, advice, and assistance to all employees and management in the field of infection prevention
- Creation and revision of clinical hygiene guidelines
- Implementation and review of clinical hygiene guidelines
- Further development and conducting of internal training and consultations for staff and patients
- Monitoring, clarification, and containment of epidemiologically relevant pathogens
Profile
- You have completed HF training or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by the Federal Diploma as a Specialist in Infection Prevention in Healthcare
- You bring several years of professional experience in acute care hospitals or rehabilitation, ideally in infection prevention
- As an open-minded personality with good perception skills, you have strong communication and conflict resolution abilities and enjoy working in a team
- You are used to working independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as solid IT knowledge
