Your Challenge
- Support and handling of (partial) projects in operational facility management
- Support of the mandate manager in operational business
- Obtaining, negotiating, and processing supplier offers
- Tasks in the area of administration such as processing and coordinating tickets, receiving telephone and written inquiries, etc.
- Creation of maintenance plans or object documentation
- Management of data management
- Operation of the CAFM system
- Start date: March 1, 2026
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, further education in facility management is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office user skills, CAFM systems & SAP ByD are an advantage
- Service- and team-oriented as well as quality-conscious, flexible and reliable personality
